What is a Group Build? A group build is simply a simple way for people to share their experiences building models of a similar subject, nature or kit. A group build can be as large and encompassing as one likes, or as narrow as setting a specific scale, kit and subject. Either way, its an excellent reason for people to dig into their stash of unbuilt or unfinished model kits and finally complete something.

The Rocky Mountain Model Club sponsored its first group build from November 2003 to April 2004, in celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force. It was felt after that group build closed that the RMMC should continue to arrange group builds that would motivate members to finish their models.
