has been superdetailed with photoetch accessories, drilled out holes and gun barrels and thinned plastic to create a more realistic appearance.
Paints were Xtracolor enamels, while the majority of decals were from a Hasegawa kit. Weathering was done with chalk pastels.

Monogram's Typhoon was modified by adding photo-etched and scratchbuilt parts to the cockpit, resin wheels, tail planes and propellers. Scratchbuilt
parts were added to the wheel wells, antenna and navigation lights. Finally, a number of panel lines were scribed. Model Master enamels and Arrow Graphics
decals were used to represent a 439 Squadron aircraft from 1944.

Built from Tamiya's kit in the markings of Flying Officer H. Cowan, 424 'Tiger' Squadron (No. 6 Bomb Group), based at Skipton-on-Swale, England during March 1945.
The cockpit was superdetailed with scratchbuilt parts, the exterior was scribed and detailed and Belcher Bits resin engine cowlings were installed. Other Belcher
Bits set was used for the 4,000 pound bomb and smooth tread tires. Paints were enamels from Xtracolor and the decals were from Albatross. Chalk pastel weathering
fisished the model.

some small, scratchbuilt detailing, various holes and gun barrels drilled out, an Ultracast resin seat and an MV Products lens for the landing light. Paints for the metallic finish are from
Alclad II, while the decals come from IPMS Canada's SMP 48-038 sheet.

from an A.L.S. (possibly A.M.S.).

before Belcher Bits decals were applied.

as 439 Squadron's Tiger Striped example.
